Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully as your use of service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms").


SECURITY:

Personal information provided on the website and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server. We are committed to handling your personal information with high standards of information security. We take appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative steps to maintain the security and accuracy of personally identifiable information we collect, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers, as well as employing electronic security systems and password protections that guard against unauthorized access. Our website uses encryption technology, like Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL encrypts ordering information such as your name, address, and credit card number. Our Customer Care center and stores also operate over a private, secure network. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit card information.

To help us achieve our goal of providing the highest quality products and services, we use information from our interactions with you and other customers, as well as from other parties. Because we respect your privacy, we have implemented procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner. We have posted this privacy policy in order to explain our information collection practices and the choices you have about the way information is collected and used.

  • UPS Ground (3-7 days)
  • UPS 2nd Day
  • UPS Next Day
  • UPS 3rd Day


RETURN POLICY:

  • All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
  • If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
  • All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
  • If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
  • 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to bring the products to our facility for any exchanges.
  • No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for any special orders.)
  • $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
  • Claims for any damages must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise. All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
